Im just noticing, basically all people who don’t have a default profile pic voted for Makeroid, and the one with a default profile pic voted for DroidMaker 
They are just DroidMaker Staff who created several accounts
I checked their IPs, and all their emails are from temporal mailbox addresses
You should ban them.

I think you should remove those DroidMaker Votings with the same IP, that is unfair to the vote , Honesty , I think DroidMaker does not edit a lot of App inventor , and they do not provides a very good UI
