Blockly to Java Conversion: Java Bridge

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to let everyone know of something. If anyone is interested in importing your App Inventor projects to Android Studio and Eclipse or just see the java code of what you’ve done on your project, I found the unique tool for it.

Check this out: http://www.appinventortojava.com

Create your project our import as an .aia file from App Inventor, then click on Generate Java. You will get 2 options.

  • Download Java File: This will only download the Java file to see what you’ve done on the project.
  • Download Java Project: Select this to open your whole file with Android Studio or Eclipse.

This tool is the most powerful tool to start learning Java. Hope everyone will like it.

Here is where I saw it: http://community.appybuilder.com/t/app-inventor-java-bridge/6040

Note: Some of you or all of you may already know this, I’m just posting this for people who not know about it. Because I’ve been waiting for this like months.

It would be interesting if someone has experiences with it. I heard that it is very buggy…
